Refers to any custom strategic model, diagnostic report, or growth roadmap delivered by ReportPilot. These are advisory documents, crafted like physical prototypes for your review before capital commitment.
The four-week intensive diagnostic phase where we verify financial inputs against your operational reality. It is a period of "north-light clarity" where bottlenecks are identified without jargon.
All raw financial and operational information you provide. You retain ownership; we provide the lens through which it is analyzed.
You agree to provide data that is as accurate as possible. We are strategists, not forensic accountants—if the numbers you give us are fictional, your growth roadmap will be a work of fantasy.
We treat your business like a high-end atelier. We expect the same level of professional courtesy during our diagnostic deep-dives and monthly check-ins.
Our frameworks are for scaling businesses, not for illicit activities. We do not participate in, nor do our terms allow, the use of our reports for misleading financial schemes or speculative assets.
At ReportPilot, we believe in clear intellectual boundaries. We build the machinery; you own the results.
The underlying methodologies, diagnostic tools, and custom reporting algorithms used to generate your Strategy remain the property of ReportPilot. We grant you a lifetime license to use the specific reports we generate for your internal business operations.
The final "Strategic Prototype" delivered at the end of your engagement is yours. You may use it to secure funding, guide your team, or hang it on your wall as a testament to surgical planning.
ReportPilot provides professional advisory services. However, a growth roadmap is only as effective as the driver. We provide the diagnostics and the path, but the final implementation and operational decisions rest entirely with you, the business owner.
